Regarding social infrastructures such as roads, bridges, offshore structures, KDC investigates, checks and evaluates their durability, safety, seismic resistance, etc. It is one of the unique fields of KDC to investigate a cultural asset such as Japanese traditional wooden vessels in the Edo era and to record them by making drawings.
